Web page was not working

Ok I tried to pay online as I always do. The page was asking for routing numbers and access to my bank?????

My information was not on the web page. My account with bill I owed was. 

I called AT&T and was told 5.00 charge and no way...guy said you will if I make a payment! Web site messed up and I have to pay for AT&T problem? When are you moving to the new age! Just another way of getting more money. Makes me very upset to know a large company is doing this. I like paying online. But your page has to work. Made payment online after all !!!!
