very unsatisfied customer
I have been on the phone with you guys, a few times each month in regards to some unreturned equipment that I have never received. From what I have been told by your reps is that, this equipment was shipped to me by TECH suppoft, but the strange this is I never requested it. So now because it was delivered while I was not home or they to accept it I'm responsible for it. REALLY???? I don't see how this is possible at all. Then I was told by the last rep that I needed to speak with my renters insurance to recoupe the cost. WE never received this eqipment I was never given a date it was to be delivered, a tracking number, or anything. How is this my fault????
