Unable to Register New Account
I haven't been able to register my new account. I recently set up an appointment for AT&T to come install a landline with a new number. I am a new customer. I was given a phone number, order number, and a 3-digit number associated with the account. I entered in the phone number and area code correctly in the registration, but it says it cannot validate my information.
AT&T has not yet installed the landline, so do I have to wait until the installation is completed before I receive my account number and register my account?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
