ulocking phone

hello, i have sent on november 17th request for ulocking my phone wich has been approved two days after. But, i still havent got the code that i need to ulock  my phone!!! I would like you to share with me some email, or any contact where i can say how disapointed i am about the situation. I have contacted people from your facebook page, but they cant help me either. Im losing my patiance and would like to resolve this situation!
