Transaction declined by ATT

I had a minor billing issue about 6 months ago with my online account, and since then I have not been able to process online payments through autopay or other services. I have tried connecting directly to my bank, as well as connecting other working VISA cards. I have contacted my bank, and they maintain that the charges are not being declined on their end. I would love some help to be able to pay my bill online, especially given the added risks of in person interaction during this period.

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

  • When you say you had a minor billing issue with your online account about 6 months ago, what are you referring to exactly?
  • When was the last time that you were able to successfully make a payment online with myAT&T?
  • When you try to make a payment online, are you getting any error messages/codes?
  • Also, have you already tried making this payment with a different payment method?

Please let us know.

 

In the meantime, we recommend that you make your payment with our other available Ways to pay your bill to avoid any service interruptions.
