Transaction declined by ATT
I had a minor billing issue about 6 months ago with my online account, and since then I have not been able to process online payments through autopay or other services. I have tried connecting directly to my bank, as well as connecting other working VISA cards. I have contacted my bank, and they maintain that the charges are not being declined on their end. I would love some help to be able to pay my bill online, especially given the added risks of in person interaction during this period.
