Too long a wait for repair !!
Started Mon 1/11 late afternoon: I tried all last night to complete a request for repair service. I have no dial tone, completed video # 1 from the trouble-shooting page, NO dial tone at the Network Interface box. Have already been to a local AT&T store. I was told that there were system-wide issues , they could offer no assistance when I described my problem. To return tomorrow( now today) if I still could not get the “problem” resolved.
I have received an email saying to expect a repair person by Saturday 5 pm.
I am 70+ y/o, have hearing issues - I don’t hear people knocking at the door, and I have 4 heart issues. I get no response when I click the CHAT button/link. The Contact us link offers NO viable options for my situation. So, what now?
