So tired of AT&T's deception
I signed up for service in April with a 12 month rate lock on an internet/home phone bundle. I've been through this before so specifically asked about these "company wide rate increases" AT&T likes to throw out there from time to time and was told that those increases would not affect me until my 12 month rate lock is up. Now my phone bill went up $5/month. Even though I was promised this wouldn't affect my pricing in my 12 month rate lock period, AT&T phone reps are telling me there's nothing they can do. This is bait and switch and is very serious. Who can I talk to who will correct this for me?
