Refund a payment in error

I accidentally did bill pay from US BANK check dated 4-07-2020 in the amount of $10,355.48 to AT&T PO BOX 5025 CAROL STREAM,IL 60197.

Check # (Edited per community guidelines). I have tried to call 800-288-2020 , of course that don't seee that account because it inactive. I tried to call accounting at 888-990-0124 and they sent me back to customer service. I went to the online support center and filled out an inquiry and they emailed me back to call customer care. I need help to get a refund ASAP! I have a copy of the cashed check front and back.

@Constructive they said it was a bank check that they used "bill pay" for. So I assume it was suppose to be for another account. You'd think a check that large AT&T would have questioned prior to processing, but that's jus my thinking. I've paid the wrong bill using bill pay myself, but have caught it in time to cancel. I've gotten to where I triple check when using bill pay.
