Recharging AT&T Prepaid phone card
Hello, I have tried many times to load more minutes on the AT & T Virtual Prepaid site. It posts the number of minutes remaining, I select the number of minutes I want to add, enter credit card info and submit. I get the same error every time. The Credit Card is active and the address is the same as the one I entered. I am also not using the phone card at the time I have placed the order. This is extremely frustrating as it has taken up a great deal of time and there does not seem to be any possible way to speak to a customer service representative. I have just 27 minutes left. It also states that I am set for Auto Recharge (I don't remember setting that up but I may have) but I have yet to be prompted on any of my phone calls to add minutes. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem! AT&T PrePaid Phone cards are my only way to dial long distance. I have always "bought" the full amount offered, usually 1500 minutes. I have tried to reload three different cards, going through the whole process of filling out address, card numbers and credit card information. I am now forced to drive 24 miles to get cell service in order to make long distance calls! This last attempt the "virtual prepaid" site had a banner that said "this site is for sell"!

Hi Goyan, The card is an AT&T rechargeable prepaid long distance card for landlines. I have tried to recharge both over the phone and through the virtual prepaid minutes site. When I am prompted over the phone I get a message that you cant process at this time and to please go to the virtual prepaid minutes site. I go there, enter my access number and PIN. It shows the number of minutes remaining (now zero). I click to recharge minutes, enter all pertinent address and credit card info, press submit and the transaction gets declined. I have called the CC company and there is no problem on their end. The card/PIN is also not in use at the time of trying to add minutes. I was so exasperated that I even tried to purchase a new card, that transaction was also rejected.
