I lost landline service for 79 days due to tornado damage. When will AT&T rebate me for the payments I was forced to make during that time?

Have you called? Rebate? Probably not but hopefully they can give you a credit on your bill but you'll need to call.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.
It won’t happen automatically. As noted above, you need to call and request credit. Unfortunately, the billing system has no idea you were without service. Additionally, if you were without service because of damage to your equipment or property, ATT may not credit anything. They will only provide credit if they were not able to provide service due to their lines or equipment.
Thanks! I called and got credit. Customer service initially told me it would be automatic since I was part of a large tornado related outage.
How can we improve?
