Q: Need Email Address for AT&T Consumer Appeals?
What is the correct email address for AT&T Consumer Appeals? This AM I spoke with Jeff at 1-800-288-2020. He told me to send my email to: consumer.appeals@att.com. My email was returned. Unable to be delivered. Thanks.

I spoke with someone from that same number. They indicated the e-mail address is: consumer.appeals@att.net
However, after trying the one above, I also received a delivery unsuccessful error. Trying to track it down via chat or another thread on this forum.
According to this, the only option is a written letter. @ATTDSLCare , is this correct, for AT&T Fiber as well?

Just yesterday 10/02/2020 I received this email from Supervisor Shawn ATT employee number (edited as per community guidelines) . I also tried [email scrubbed].
This is totally unacceptable customer service. My next stop is the BBB
