Poor customer service
AT&T stole our trade off phones, not giving us any credit worth of $4,000, and making us pay for all the new phones else they will not unlock them. I was on the phone talking with them over an hour but no customer satisfaction service provided. at the end I lost all my money and paid for the phone. such low customer service. would never ever go again with AT&T for any kind of services.
