phone is disconnected
I have be on the phone trying to speak to someone as to why my landline, connected to the wall is still not working after making a payment. Very bad service have been bounced around now for the past 33 minutes.

They don't flip a switch and it's back. How long ago did you pay your bill and how long were you out of service for non-pay?
