Phone bill

I’m currently unemployed and don’t have any money at the moment to pay my phone bill and the late fees have already been added. Is there any way to stop the late fees from going and put my payment bill/service on hold until I’m able to afford it?

This is a customer to customer support forum, we have no way of adjusting your bill you'll need to call the billing department for your issue.

for the past year I have been paying my landline phone bill online.  the att website is defective - sometimes it acknowledges my sign-in and sometimes it doesn't
