Phone bill after attempt of cancelling the service
I tried to cancel my number related with AT&T due to the plan of moving the States to a foreign country. I visited local AT&T store to cancel the service. The representative asked for my phone number, and my date of departure to confirm when the service should be cancelled. However, it's been almost 4 months I moved out of the States. I have been charged for unused phone bills. How do I resolve this issue ? I do not want to pay current bill that is not caused by me.
In addition, I can't even log in to my AT&T account here. It's keep showing "Access Denied" message when I try to sign in to AT&T.
