Phone 200 now costs $5/month more?

Up until now, I had Phone 200 for $20/month.  Today I got a new bill, and--without telling customers--AT&T raised the price of Phone 200 to $25/month.  Is this what everyone else is seeing?  (Note that I also have AT&T Internet and AT&T Wireless but not any pay-TV service.)

Worse:  I tried to compare phone plans.  The comparison page claims that Phone Unlimited North America is only $22/month--i.e., less than Phone 200.  But of course, that's a lie:  When I actually place the Phone Unlimited plan in my cart, I get a new message that the supposed $22/month rate is actually $32/month, with a fleeting 3-month discount of $10/month.

Is everyone else seeing the same thing?  Or is it only me that AT&T is trying to charge more and fool?

I am seeing a $5 increased as well. I will probably cancel the digital home phone. It's a ripoff now.

Maddeningly, this AT&T advertising page still lists Phone 200 as $20/month.

But then why does this AT&T advertising page say that Phone 200 is only $20/month?

It says no such thing.  Let's do this step by step:

1) Go to this specific URL: https://www.att.com/home-phone/plans.html

2) Scroll down to the heading, "AT&T Phone Plans"

3) Under that heading, on the left side, is: "Phone 200   $20/month" and 3 bullet-point paragraphs

4) The fine print underneath simply says, "An additional per minute rate may apply for international calls terminating on mobile phones"

The paragraph you claim to quote does not appear anywhere on the page.
