Paying via phone

Hi, The company where I am working received an invoice and has helpful numbers on it, I tried to call one to make a payment via phone call. My question is does the ATT collection representative really ask for all the details of the credit card including PIN/Security Code? and Is this link legit for making a payment ?

Similar situation!

I clicked Manage when the auto-password box kept coming up, I was taken to a page that had my last name as a Username and my SSN as my password. I immediately erased my SSN and got a pop-up that  said:

Deleting this password will not delete your account on secure-az-e.att.

What is this and is it part of AT&T?

Thank you
