This is a user forum, not AT&T support you'd need to call them to get that answer.

So today I logged into my AT&T account and clicked SETTINGS from the top menu tabs. I then expanded the PAPERLESS BILLING tab to reveal that my account had somehow been switched to paperless billing, as the toggle switch for PAPERLESS BILLING was ticked on. So I ticked that switch OFF. Then I immediately looked everywhere on that page for a SAVE button or anything else to indicate that I needed to do an additional step in order to save my settings. Not seeing anything, I refreshed the page only to see that the toggle switch had been switched back ON. I repeated this process several times with the same result each time. The toggle switch mysteriously switches itself back ON to activate the PAPERLESS BILLING option again. So now there are ONLY two possibilities here:
Possibility 1) There is a glitch presently in the website UI that is causing this anomaly, or
Possibility 2) This is being done by design in an attempt to increase the bottom line of the parent company to make investors happy while at the same time causing great inconvenience and added expense to the actual customer.
I sincerely believe that option 2 above applies here for the following reason:
Reason) When calling the billing dept, simply ask them to what physical address they are mailing the paper bills. If the answer is "the address that we have on file is -----". You will find it difficult to get the phone rep to say "The address that we are mailing the paper bills to is ----". I believe that is because their training tells them to avoid the subject of paper bills and to dance around it long enough to confuse the caller into believing that they are really mailing those paper bills out
Try it yourself and see!

Just how many old topics are you going to dig up to post on? If you need to pursue this, please open your own topic, but understand no one on these public forums can fix this, you need to work with customer service. Closing to further posting.
