Outgoing Caller ID on Digital Home Phone Incorrect

The outgoing caller ID on our AT&T digital home phone line is incorrect. We believe it is displaying the telephone number’s former owner’s name, rather than our last name, which we’ve requested FOUR TIMES now through phone calls and chat with customer service. Each time I either chat with or speak with someone, they say they have personally given the instructions to the ”back of the house technical team” and they will fix it “within 24 to 48 hours.”  As of this morning, it still has not been fixed.  Does anyone know a way that I can do this myself?

You can't fix it yourself, the only way is to keep doing what you've done, however I'd give it a week instead of 24 - 48 hours.
