Our home phone (part of a bundle) went from $18.61 in March to $60.74 in April!

Our phone bill increased $42.08 in one month. It was supposed to be $18.66.  Our promotion (which doesn't expire until August 3,2018) was eliminated) and, as a result of an unsuccessful online chat, our plan was changed and the bill is now $149.55.  I did not want to change the plan, I just wanted the correct one to be  reinstated.   This time I called and the rep assured me it was going to be corrected, but not this month.  Ha! Now the "new service order" charge for May is $156.18. Some correction.
