online bill not available

Normally, my land line bill is issued on the 23rd of each month.  However, as of today (Nov. 18) my October 23 bill is still not available online.  Is there an explanation for this?

They may have changed your billing date, but this is a user forum we have no access to you account information, you'll need to contact billing.
