Need record of calls made from landline please

Hello,

I hope someone can help me. I have tried many different avenues and have been unsuccessful. I need the actual phone numbers called from my landline. I can see the statements but there are no numbers there.

Thank you

Do you have a digital landline or POTS? If you have POTS, there are no call records. If you have digital, your call records are available through your online account.

I have since learned, I have to fill out forms to request the records.

Unless things have changed there were never any records kept on POTS lines for outgoing calls.  So filling out forms would do you no good as the records never existed.

I don't know what POTS is but I was sent forms from the ATT office in N Palm Beach FL.

I am trying to help my 86 year old mother and I am not very techy.

My elderly parents has lived in the same home with the same landline since the 1960s.   Somehow, the landline was changed to a digital phone without them knowing it.    They do have internet and has had problems with outages for the past year.   When the phone rings, the internet goes down.  Numerous technicians have tried to fix it to no avail.  MY 86 year old mom is trying to learn to use a cell with minimal luck,  but  my 91 year old dad is not savy enough to even answer a call on one .  We have spent hours and hours and gone thru maybe 15+ service reps just in the last month trying to get her phone switched back to analog.  This has been going on since last summer.  For one, this should NEVER have been changed and the fact the internet goes offline when using the phone , SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!   Customer service has transfered us as many as 9 times in one call and no one knows enough to help.    Our only option is to drop ATT internet and go with Comcast at this point.  If ATT can or wont return their landline,  then just be upfront enough to let us know.   All the "we will call you back crap is ridiculous".   Right now they have no house phone at all.   It was disconnected due to an ATT error where the digital was cancelled and no one has contacted them to install the landline.  I understand that ATT doesnt want to support landlines anymore,  however it seems like this has been a colossal comedy of errors .  IS there anyone at ATT that can help get their phone back online?

@ruthie9103 This has nothing to do with the OP's topic, you should open your own topic.  If Internet service goes down when the phone is used it's not digital service, sounds more like DSL.  Does the phone plug into the back of a modem, if no put a DSL filter on all phones that plug into a jack, should resolve that problem.

At some point your parents had to agree to the digital phone as it entails a tech to come in and install it with a work order in hand.
