Mailing and Billing dates.

AT&T was sending the bills out 10 days before they were due.  Now it is 2/27/21 and I know that my bill is due 3/1/21.  I have no bill to pay. We will see when it comes, probably after the due date.  If they tack on a late fee, it will be time to cancel service.  AT&T has been our landline provider since 1973. We will see how they treat me.

We're happy to help you with your billing concern, @Sittonjr.

Remember that you can always view and pay your landline bill in the AT&T Customer Center.

In the event that your bill gets lost in the mail or makes it to you after the 10-day period, you can use the Customer Center to see how much you owe.

You can also call the automated self-service system or speak with an agent at 800-288-2747 to find out how much your bill is.

We hope this information helps! If you need further assistance, let us know.

3/1/21-And still no Bill.  You mentioned about viewing and paying.  I have never paid over the phone or online.  I opted out of those so I could receive my bills in the mail.  I would not have brought up the subject of AT&T not sending out the bill, if I wanted to pay over the phone or online.

AT&T may have been effected by the slow down of the mail.  They should not make any excuses, since they should be sending them out in time for us to pay.  I am making this point because a few months back a sent in my AT&T wireless pay on the 21st of the month, when it was due on the 1st of the next month.  They did not post my check until the 13th of that month. That means that it took my check 3 weeks to travel thru the mail and get posted.  AT&T wireless charged me a last fee on my next bill.  By not receiving your Bill shows me that it is the post office to blame for the slow mail, but AT&T wireless did not believe me.
I will wait to receive your bill and will have a check in the mail to you the next.  I would be willing to go paperless if there were discounts to do that.  I would be using my paper to print my bill for me.  AT&T has not offered any discounts for me doing the printing.  They are only interested in increasing the bill at a steady rate.
