Landline billing service adjustment
My landline service didnt work for a large portion of billing cycle. I called service and they said they would send a repair technician and credit my bill for the loss of service. Technician came and fixed the issue no problem. I received my next bill with no credit. I called yesterday to see about getting my bill adjusted. I was on the phone for 96 minutes and transferred 9 times. Each customer service representative said they couldn't adjust traditional landline billing and assured me they were transferring me to someone who could. The last transfer the representative couldn't hear me at all so I hung up. I was extremely frustrated. Does anyone know who I can call to get this billing adjustment for a traditional landline phone?
