Is att t considering improvement in ONLINE SVc?

I can't access online service or customer service @ 4pm on Sunday west coast US. 

Simple bill pay more than one account, NO CHANGES AT ALL. 

IM ATTEMPTING TO GIVE YOU MONEY I OWE  YOU. (AT the request of disabled father, pursuant leagal authority provided in person at ATT&T store. But no. What do you think you should have to EXECUTE bill pay? Blood type, retina scan, colonoscopy, ESP?
