Iphone locked
I bought an IPhone from USA and they told me is unlocked but when I came in Romania it doesn't work. Is locked on At&t carrier. Can you unlock it with the Imei?

You can absolutely get that iPhone unlocked to use in Romania!
Have you had the chance to submit for an unlock of the phone through our AT&T Device Unlock Portal? The whole process is done online, all you’ll need is the account information if you were a customer. If you were not, no worries, you can submit a request as a non-AT&T customer as well.
Just visit the AT&T Device Unlock webpage to get started.
