I want to de-unify/uncombine my combined billing for Internet + Wireless
As it says in the title, I want to de-unify my combined billing, so that my Internet and Wireless bills are separate from each other and not combined like they are currently. Every time I've tried to accomplish over the phone, I get given a number to call the "right" department, but when I call it the department it's wrong and I have to get transferred again, and it's never to the right person. This has happened 4 times. Why is this so difficult?

call cs and they should call another dep while you're with them on the phone to do it

I have no idea why it is so difficult but we see that complaint all the time. If calls aren’t getting results, you can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
