I can't unlock my device

I bought a nonactived device just a few weeks ago, and I was using my phone normally with a ESIM of my country brazil, and suddenly just stop works. Apple told me that the device is locked by AT&T, I tried to unlock but show this message "We can’t unlock this device because it has been reported as lost or stolen." I never losted this device, or got stolen, I bought a few weeks ago I actived by myself, I need help to use my phone. I need more informations.

@isaiasbezerra You have to be logged in to see the DM. Look in the upper right by your profile picture and the bell. There will be a flashing red dot and there is a limited time frame for you to reply. @ATTHelp Doesn't do any good to tell someone twice to meet in a DM and not tell them how to get there.
