I am due a refund from 2015

I moved and just found out from an internet search that I am due a refund of $50 something. They are asking for proof of my relationship with ATT.

I am currently living in Florida, at that time was living in Texas. This is the third move since I lived at the service address. Who knew I’d need that info. At my age, almost 78, every penny counts.

those websites are a ploy to take advantage of you. First off they never tell you how much your receiving if it’s legit. Second having a previous address of yours makes it that much easier to steal your identity please don’t fall for this scam

I need an email contact for someone that can help me with this. It is technically a billing issue, however, ATT is a HUGE company....

There is no email, you must contact customer service at the main report number. If you don't have account information you're not going to get very far. You say this is a state sponsored Website, I think your best bet is to call the state agency responsible for the Website.

This is a user to user help forum. It is not an AT&T support site. I am not an AT&T employee, read the ACE's disclaimer at the bottom of this post

If it's from a "state sponsored" website, AT&T no longer has the money and it has been turned over to the state.

THIS website offers advice on how to find and recover unclaimed funds.

Exactly... I need an old bill, etc from that address. When a person moves across country we weed... Who knew I’d need an old bill. The computer with all the info (was paperless payer) crashed, too.

Seemed that some that were answering were well versed in an issue like this perhaps ex or current CS.

I’ve had LOADS of experience with that 2020 number and it can be a nightmare. At this point in time my energy level is very low (Polymyalgia Rheumatica +) and thought someone would have a helpful email addy, etc.

Plus, it’s foolish to leave money on the table.

Hello,

There’s usually a number or website to contact if you were affected by an issue that needs a refund of some sort. How did you find out you were eligible? Did you get soemthing in mail? The relationship would simply be the timeframe and service you had to determine what and if you were due for a refund. Maybe customer support 800. 288. 2020 for more details if you don’t have any direct letters or emails.
