how to cancel auto pay account dont know account number
hi, I live in europe and have small condo in florida. haven't been there for over 5 years now. there used to be phone line and internet, but this has changed and whole apartment complex has one internet together. I am being charged every month for ATT and do not even know what is it. I belive this is old phone line that has been there long time ago. how do I stop the payments? I do not know account number and auto pay has been probably set up by my ex lawyer on ATT web site. plase advice how to resolve this.

You need to call to cancel service. You should call the international support number. You don’t need your account number, your name and phone number should suffice but you will need to know your account pin. Unfortunately, you may have a difficult time cancelling from Europe. Anyway, here is the number:

Customer service will be able to track your account with other personal info. You may also need to reach out to your lawyer to inquire about the account set up info that may be needed for the account access.
