I’m needing help with canceling a landline. I’ve tried calling in numerous times to wait on hold and after about 10 minutes the call goes to a busy signal. Please help!

Sorry, but it can't be done on the forums, it requires a phone call. At the voice prompt say cancel service, maybe that will speed things up. Remember they are short staffed due to the virus crisis
