How do I set up an online account so I can go paperless on my billing and pay my bill on line? Keep getting a lock code of RBV111!!!!!

They keep asking for the last 3 digits of my account number, which I have provided; but, they keep saying that they can't find a match.  After several attempts, I am now locked out.

RBV111 means that there is a 24 hour lock out on the account. You will not be able to attempt again till the lockout has completed. Trying beforehand can reset the timer.


When you are creating your account this time around.


  1. Clear your cache and cookies first to clear any errors that might be hidden inside the web browser.
  2. Open up your browser in incognito or private browsing mode.
    • Sometimes add-ons can cause the trouble. Going into incognito or private browsing mode will disable them while you are using this browser.
