How do I get resolution?
I have Wireless, directv, internet and wireless home phone service. Approximately 2 months after establishing service, I began to loose signal on both home phone and cell. I have called repeatedly with the same result each time. They recognize I have no signal and am dropping calls and are looking for a solution. I was told they are putting a tower in behind my home and even watched them bury a Fiberoptic line in my yard. I thought it was going to be taken care of, but 7 months later its worse then ever. Another phone call today for 1:45 mins, wasted time for the same answers. They don't know what the problem is. I pay way to much to have signal 40% of the time and am sick of hearing they are working on it. I would have never switched from Verizon had I known the nightmare of dealing with A TT customer service. I now learn theres no email to complain to! They are can't get me an answer, telling me their sending a trouble ticket but they want money for services I don't get in a timely manner. I'm fed up and looking to find out how to contact someone above customer service.
