HOME PHONE DISCONNECTED

My home phone has been disconnected & I have tried to call AT&T but have been on hold 4 times and then disconnected.

What number should I contact to get assistance or can you help me?

What makes you think it was disconnected and not just has a trouble on it? Customer service number 800-288-2020 at the voice prompt say what you need.  Your can try this link to trouble shoot your phone.
