Gift card offer
Hi,
I signed my dad up for Uverse phone and internet last winter. The salesperson said that we would get $100 in gift cards if we enrolled. We never got the gift cards as far as I know. I stopped into an AT and T store to ask, but they couldn't help me. What can I do to get them to follow through on their offer?

Your dad would have received a reward claim notification in the mail within 4 weeks of installation, with instructions and details on claiming the $100 gift card. Please contact our Rewards center to check the status.
