Getting a cedit for weeks of no service

My land line went out of service for a week.  Then it came back up for 5 days and went out again.  ATT said it would be repaired in another week but missed that promised date. Then a repair person showed up and repaired ATT equipment on the street.  I want a credit for the no service time but I can't find any way to contact ATT.  Their whole website is a circular trip back to the first contact screen.  It's amazing!  A telephone company but you can't contact them by telephone.

Oh really? 1.800.288.2020. Same number for at least 30 years to contact them

@Constructive To be fair, they have changed the “contact us” web pages and made it more difficult to find a number to call. To find a phone number, you need to scroll to near the bottom and click the “call” tab. It’s almost like they only want calls as a last resort.
