Does AT&T provide any kind of tree trimming service for phone lines that may be tangled up in tree limbs?
Does AT&T provide any kind of tree trimming service for phone lines that may be tangled up in tree limbs? To be honest, I don't know if they are power or electrical lines or if they are the phone lines, but from my 2nd-floor apartment, I can see quite a few black lines or cables that are intertwined with a lot of tree limbs. This concerns me for a variety of reasons. Please let me know.

Hello @DaleMG, let’s get your issue addressed.
AT&T does not provided a trimming service. I would contact your apartment management and bring it up to their attention or contact someone who provides tree maintenance service.
