Customer Service Scam

I signed up for business renewal... locked and in for the original renewal but now they won't honor it.  I even received an email regarding renewal from their team. After 2 month, I was charged a high month to month bill. I called their customer support line and talked to several agents which all said that renewal email meant nothing to them. I talked to their manager Alma and now I have to sign different 1 year contract @ a higher rate and then my renewal.

Crappy lower and higher customer service.
