contact names not displayed on phone
I have entered contact names into the address book via my att account online, yet when a contact calls, the phone display shows something generic like "wireless caller" instead of the actual contact name.

Hi @jenjohn959,
The online address book is just an address book. It does not communicate with the U-verse system for caller ID purposes.
