Contact info for AT&T Executives?
How can I send an email or snail mail to someone in charge at AT&T? Their customer service is dreadful and you go round and round being transferred just to get rid of you. I have wasted too many hours on hold with customer "service" and been given inaccurate info about my landline.
Does anyone have an email or post office address or a name of an executive?

Such contact information is not released to the public. If over the phone with customer support doesn't address your issues, then the next step is a BBB complaint. This sends your concerns to the corporate level.

You can escalate to a customer service executive by filling out the form. AT&T corporate address can be found here under general inquires same for the board of directors. Other than that, an FCC or BBB complaint is your best bet.

Thank you again spoom2 for the link. I completed the form and received a response from an individual in the Office of the President within an hour.

Is there an updated link? I am going around and around in circles with customer service. The loyalty department would rather see me go to Spectrum than help.

Are you able to see the reply from spoom2 above? I filled out a form that looks like it's intended for Investor Relations, but it worked and I received a call and follow-up email from someone who claimed to be from the office of the president. My complaint was addressed and resolved.
Good luck.

Filing a complaint with the BBB is always the best way to go if you can't get an issue resolved. That's as high up in the AT&T hierarchy you can go to get a personal response.

The reason the form doesn't work is because this is a year-old topic and that link was removed by AT&T. The next best is the FCC complaint that will go to the office of the president. Since the information in this topic is no longer valid it should be closed to further posting.
