Hi, I closed my account in August 2020, (landline) only to be billed for August, September and October. Contacted AT&T Customer service and A&T Billing "6 times" only to get bounced around on 5 of those calls. On the 6th one, AT&T customer service, the rep made sure the account WAS closed and that I would only be billed for 1 month, she would send a paper bill because I cannot pay the bill online.. This morning October 24th, I got another bill in my email account that AGAIN I can't pay. Its only about $14 but I'm frustrated.
Be advised this is the 3rd posting for this account. Help!
