Change Caller ID Name

How can I change the caller ID name on my digital home phone service?  Right now, there is a comma that separates the last name and first initial.  I want to have the comma removed and, instead, only a blank space between them.

Here's some additional information, pasted from another topic. 

According to @ATTHelp in this topic as quoted below (forget the link in the quote it won't help) you want the wireline information. 

The process for updating you caller ID varies depending on if you are using a wireline phone or a wireless cell phone.  For a wireline phone, please go to “Overview”, and then go to “My Digital phone” to get to where you manage your digital phone.  From here, you want to go to “My voicemail & phone features”, then “phone features”.  Caller ID will be a category in that menu, and you can update the name there. You can also click here For the directions as well.

Spoom2, thanks for the reference but that is strictly for wireless service, not digital home phone.

I need to know how to update the caller ID name for my digital home phone account.

OK well it was posted by @ATTHelp in the home phone forum, so I guess help doesn't know what they're talking about. I understand that it can be changed in the phone features of your Myatt account, have you looked around? If it not there you'd have to call to get it changed.

Yessir, I’ve even called customer service and explained in detail, but simple detail, what I was looking for. Had an order number issued and was told 24 hours to update.

No changes have been made because I call my business line that has called ID and the display name is still unchanged.

I’ll try to call again, but my suspicion is it’s going to have to do with the actual account setup and not any actual features.

If it does require a phone call I sure wouldn't think it would be too hard to tell them you want your outgoing caller ID changed. Don't give them all the stuff about a comma just say I want my outgoing caller ID name changed to Joe Blow.
