Cant get my land lines back
Trying to get my land lines put back. Apparently ATT cant get my phone lines ported back. I have tried repeatedly with no luck. I had a great lady named Maya from ATT porting helping me and she said she needed my account number from Bandwidth and my pin #??? I've contacted Bandwidth, but they wont help me since im only a customer. They need ATT to email them.
And now I cant contact Maya in the win back department. Im at a loss.
I have been out of actual shop phones for 1.5 months.

This is a user forum, not AT&T support, you'll need to work with support and you may not get the same person each time unless they provided you with a direct number.
