Business service to residential
I have closed my business that was on my only line in home.
I want to keep the number but change from a 1mb to a 1FR.
I don't see what difference it is to the equipment so how to I accomplich this?

Contact customer service to see what you'd need to do. As long as you haven't canceled the business account I'd think it could be moved/ported to a residential account.

I thought so too but my wife said they wouldn't do it for her. I may need to use my old "telephonese" to work this out.
