bill explanation

I want to talk to somebody who can explain some charges. I called once, the Serv. Rep did not pay attention as to what I wanted to know. All she wanted

was ACC number, name and last 4 SS digits. She paid no attention to what I asked her. She could hardly speak english. She gave me another number to call

and it was the same (edited per Commnity Guidelines). I was told someone would call me in 24 hours and that was 3 days ago. On an automated survey I got another number

and I was waiting for a solid hour and after that another halve hour - nobody ever answered. I feel very very helpless and I decided to file a FCC and a

Georgia Public Service Commission complaint. I some does not call my by 2-6-2020, I will file my complaint.

this isnt at&t this is a customer forum so you wont be contacted by at&t based on your post, at&t doesnt call you, you call them try to chat in below on the contact us link. why would you think they wouldnt ask for the acct number and a way to verify you? perhaps if you listed the charges one of the ACE members may be able to explain the billing

Constructive, I gave them all the information several times, even spelled it several times,
but neither of the Service Reps would get to the point of answering my question.
I know they need the info, It's rather silly to think I would not give them the info
to my account - I'm not that stupid. I may be a older person but retirees from
Telecom know how things work - especially a inquiry about my bill. I'm not from yesterday.

Hello,

Easiest to see bill online at att.com or the MyAT&T app. You can also locate the local corproate store online to visit and get a face to face explanation. Calling you dial 800. 331. 0500. (Or 611 from your AT&T phone) and say “billing” when prompted for reason for call. The person you get is the call center it direct you to join your reason for calling.
