I want to talk to somebody who can explain some charges. I called once, the Serv. Rep did not pay attention as to what I wanted to know. All she wanted
was ACC number, name and last 4 SS digits. She paid no attention to what I asked her. She could hardly speak english. She gave me another number to call
and it was the same (edited per Commnity Guidelines). I was told someone would call me in 24 hours and that was 3 days ago. On an automated survey I got another number
and I was waiting for a solid hour and after that another halve hour - nobody ever answered. I feel very very helpless and I decided to file a FCC and a
Georgia Public Service Commission complaint. I some does not call my by 2-6-2020, I will file my complaint.
