AT&T Wrong Service Address On Account Website
I have called different ATT support phone lines and been in contact with at least 12 representatives but AT&T fails to correct my Service Address on the webisite and directory. I changed from DSL to Uverse November 2, with a new phone number change. My old account was fine with correct service address. My new Internet, Land Line, DirecTV has the right house number "3708" but the wrong street 12 "Place" instead of 12 "Court".. that addresss is a different house at a differnt location about one block from where I have been residening for the past 11 years. They say they will have it corrected within 24 hours on the phone to support but it never gets corrected, ever. I was told I was in the directory at "Place" but that would be a error at ATT. How do I get this corrected if phone support can't help me? My account billing has been messed up ever since I made the switch to Uverse. How do I get their attention?
