AT&T Illegal Porting / Slamming
I hope the subject gets the attention of someone at AT&T who can help.
I am caught in the middle of a porting nightmare where AT&T ported away from Spectrum the phone number of my 91 year old mother. Currently she cannot be reached by children, friends or other relatives.
Who can help resolve an issue where AT&T took a phone number from another carrier, but has not yet assigned it to an active account. I need to get it ported back!
