AT&T Concession Home Services for a Retiree

I called 3 times yesterday and was ultimately put on hold and disconnected multiple times !!  I finally got someone who submitted a ticket to a supervisor for a call back to discuss my issue.  I stayed home all day and evening waiting for the call.  I even got text messages saying someone was going to call me in 9 minutes.  Then I got a second message that said to do everything on line.  I need someone to call me TODAY at [EDITED per Community Guidelines].  I currently have an AT&T landline, 3 AT&T mobile devices and I have Direct TV.  At this point, I'm thinking of switching all of my AT&T services.  Your customer services is horrible.

Although I am retired from AT&T, I am still working and I manage over 4,000 AT&T mobile devices for my current employer !!!
