10K in fraud charges on my personal lines

I had 12K in business fraud from hackers coming in on one weekend an using all my lines.  Business account executive credited us but no one can help with personal and they've disconnected us twice now.  Does anyone at AT&T know what their doing.  Why is this so hard to get to the right department.  The billing can only credit max $200.  OMG.  Anyone know how to get in touch with someone that knows what their doing!!!  Been dealing with this for months. Spent countless hours, weeks and now months on this.  Effecting my business, can't call out except on one line is ridiculous.  I'm so aggravated I don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
